【Detection purpose】
Dogs bitten by ticks are susceptible to Ehrlichiosis, Anaplasmosis, and Lyme disease. This test kit for canine Ehrlichia (EHR), Anaplasma (ANA), and Lyme (LYM) antibodies can simultaneously detect IgG antibodies produced in the blood after infection with these three pathogens.
【Detection principle】
The product uses fluorescence immunochromatographic assay for quantitative detection of EHR, ANA, and LYM antibodies in canine serum/plasma. Nitrocellulose membrane contains T line and C line. The conjugate pad contains a marker that specifically recognizes all canine IgG. When the sample contains EHR, ANA, or LYM antibodies, they bind to the T line, which includes EHR, ANA, and LYM antigens. Upon excitation by light, nanomaterials emit fluorescence signals, with signal intensity directly correlating to the concentration of EHR, ANA, and LYM antibodies in the sample..
