【Introduction】
Feline gastrointestinal diseases are one of the most important causes of morbidity and mortality in kittens. Feline parvovirus (FPV) and Feline enteric coronavirus (FCoV) are common pathogens of cat gastrointestinal infectious diseases. Typical symptoms of FPV infection in cats include dehydration, vomiting, abdominal pain, hemorrhagic diarrhea, and fever, while infection with FCoV in cats can cause enteritis, leading to symptoms such as diarrhea and vomiting.
【Intended Use】
This product is used to qualitatively detect the nucleic acid of FPV and FCoV in rectal/fecal swabs. Gene from the host cell DNA is used as an internal control (IC).
