【Detection purpose】
Infectious Canine Hepatitis virus (ICHV) belongs to the Adenoviridae family and can cause acute hemorrhagic infectious disease in dogs. Testing for ICHV IgG antibodies in dogs reflects the body's immune status.
Canine Parvovirus (CPV) belongs to the Parvoviridae family, genus Parvovirus, and can cause severe infectious disease in dogs. Testing for CPV IgG antibodies in dogs reflects the body's immune status.
Canine Distemper Virus (CDV) belongs to the Paramyxoviridae family, genus Morbillivirus, and can cause severe infectious disease in dogs. Testing for CDV IgG antibodies in dogs reflects the body's immune status.
Clinical significance:
- for pre-immunization evaluation;
- antibody titer detection after immunization;
- early detection and diagnosis of Infectious Canine Hepatitis Virus, Canine Parvovirus and Canine Distemper Virus infection.
【Detection principle】
This product utilizes fluorescence immunoassay for quantitative detection of CPV/CDV/ICHV IgG antibodies in canine blood. The basic principle involves nitrocellulose membranes with Test lines T1, T2, T3, and Control (C) lines. The conjugate pad is sprayed with fluorescent nanomaterials that specifically recognize the three types of antibodies.
In the assay, CPV/CDV/ICHV IgG antibodies in the sample first bind to the antigen labeled with fluorescent nanomaterials, forming complexes. These complexes migrate upwards and are captured by corresponding lines T1, T2, T3. Upon excitation by light, the nanomaterial emits a fluorescent signal, and the intensity of this signal is directly proportional to the concentration of IgG antibodies in the sample.
