【Introduction】
Canine enteric coronavirus (CCoV or CECoV) is a highly contagious pathogenic virus that infects dogs worldwide, causing enteric issues and harm to the dog industry and dogs. CCoV is spread between dogs by direct contact with infected dog or infected dog’s feces.
Most CCoV infections result in mild clinical signs of enteritis, or in some cases, subclinical infection. Dogs typically display clinical signs related to gastrointestinal upset, such as vomiting, diarrhea, and lethargy. However, it can be fatal under certain conditions.
【Intended Use】
This product is used to qualitatively detect the nucleic acid of CCoV in rectal/fecal swabs from symptomatic dog. Gene from the host cell DNA is used as an internal control (IC).
