【Introduction】
The kit uses real-time reverse transcription fluorescent PCR technology. Specific primers and fluorescent probes are designed based on highly specific and conserved regions of the HBV, HCV, and HIV genomes. Reverse transcription and PCR amplification occur in a single tube. The fluorescence intensity changes during the PCR amplification process, enabling qualitative detection of HBV, HCV, and HIV in the sample.
【Intended Use】
This kit is intended for the Qualitative in vitro detection of Hepatitis B Virus (HBV), Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) nucleic acids in human serum or plasma samples. The test results can assist in the diagnosis of HBV, HCV and HIV infections, providing molecular diagnostic evidence for these conditions. This product does not include live samples as positive controls.
