Fully automated magnetic beads based nucleic acid extraction, reverse transcription (for RNA), and multiplex real-time quantitative PCR are proceeded sequentially in the cartridge and the detection result is analyzed by the AIMDX1800 analyzer.

This product is used to qualitatively detect the nucleic acid of Chlamydia psittaci (CHP), Trichomonas gallinae (TRG), Megabacteria (AGY) in Nasopharyngeal swab and Anal swab (Fecal) samples. Gene from the host cell DNA is used as an internal control (IC).
