Canine Distemper Virus/Canine Adenovirus II/Influenza Virus A Antigen Test Kit Instructions
(Rare earth Nano -Fluorescence Immunochromatography)
Please read the instructions carefully and follow the instructions before use. This product is for veterinary in vitro diagnosis only.
【Product name】Canine Distemper Virus/Canine Adenovirus II/Influenza Virus A Antigen Test Kit (CDV/CAV Ⅱ/Flu A Ag one step test)
【Packing specifications] 10 tests / box
【Testing purpose】
Canine Distemper Virus (CDV) belongs to the family Paramyxoviridae, genus Morbillivirus. It causes a highly contagious disease in dogs known as canine distemper, which manifests in clinical symptoms such as conjunctivitis, pneumonia, gastroenteritis, and is characterized by high mortality, strong infectivity, and a short course of illness. It particularly affects puppies, who have higher infection and mortality rates.
Canine Adenovirus Type 2 can cause infectious tracheobronchitis and pneumonia in dogs. Clinical features include persistent high fever, cough, serous to mucoid nasal discharge, tonsillitis, tracheobronchitis, and pneumonia. This disease is commonly observed in puppies under 4 months old and can lead to coughing throughout the litter or group, thus it is often referred to clinically as "kennel cough."
Canine influenza is primarily caused by influenza A viruses H3N8 and H3N2. Initial symptoms resemble those of canine bronchitis. It begins with persistent coughing that can last up to three weeks and is accompanied by yellowish nasal discharge.
Reliable and effective detection methods play a crucial role in guiding prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
【Detection principle】
This product uses fluorescent immunochromatographic method to quantitatively detect the CDV/CAV Ⅱ/Flu A content in the eye, nose and mouth secretions of dogs. Basic principle: T and C lines are marked on the nitrocellulose membrane, and the T line is coated with an antibody A that specifically recognizes the CDV/CAV Ⅱ/Flu A antigen. The binding pad is sprayed with another fluorescent nanomaterial-labeled antibody B capable of specifically recognizing CDV/CAV Ⅱ/Flu A. The CDV/CAV Ⅱ/Flu A in the sample is first combined with the nanomaterial-labeled antibody B to form a complex, and then chromatographically upwards, the complex and T-line antibody A Combined to form a sandwich structure, when the excitation light is irradiated, the nanomaterial emits a fluorescent signal, and the strength of the signal is positively related to the CDV/CAV Ⅱ/Flu A concentration in the sample.
【Main ingredients】
- CDV/CAV Ⅱ/Flu A Ag detection reagent card
- Sample dilution
- Cotton swab
- Instructions, etc.
【Applicable models】
Applicable to AIMINI 100 for testing.
