Responsibilities:
1. Formulate recruitment plans and organize recruitment according to the needs of the company's employing department;
2. Develop and maintain recruitment channels, and make full use of all recruitment channels to obtain needed talents for the company;
3. Responsible for the demand analysis, resume screening, interview invitation, interview, offer negotiation, follow-up and other recruitment work of each recruitment post;
4. Regularly analyze and evaluate the recruitment effect
5. Provide assistance for others to work on modules.


Job requirements:
1. Human resources, enterprise management, psychology and other related majors are preferred, and familiar with common office software;
2. More than 1 year of recruitment implementation experience, with headhunter and medical device industry recruitment experience preferred;
3. Have some experience in the implementation of recruitment activities, interview selection, recruitment channel management, recruitment effect analysis, etc;
4. Good communication ability, affinity and coordination ability;
5. Be familiar with relevant national laws and regulations.
