Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for human medicine/animal epidemic diagnosis reagents in the area under its jurisdiction, and achieving the annual plan and objectives;
2. Responsible for developing and maintaining cooperative hospitals and dealers, and achieving sales goals;
3. Explore and develop new customer resources such as breeding groups, pet chain hospitals, pet monomer hospitals, and third-party diagnostic institutions;
4. Formulate feasible activities and promotion plans according to company policies, and do a good job in customer maintenance, product training and channel management;
5. Collect front-line marketing information and user feedback, and put forward reference opinions on the company's sales strategy, product improvement, new product development, etc;
6. Responsible for the establishment and management of the sales team;
7. Timely understand and summarize the market and competitive product information, and give a written feedback to the company to adjust and improve the countermeasures;
Qualification:
1. College degree or above, major in laboratory medicine or animal medicine is preferred;
2. Candidates willing to engage in sales of pet diagnostic products can be considered.
3. Have 1 year of sales management experience in hospital inspection products, pet medical devices, pet food, pet medicine and other related medical industries;
4. Understand the marketing methods of pet diagnosis, and those with rich agents, pet diagnosis supply chain or KA customer resources are preferred;
