Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development of molecular diagnostic reagents for such technical platforms as fluorescent quantitative PCR, multiple gene detection, microfluidic chips, including relevant information research, literature retrieval and query;
2. Be able to independently solve various problems encountered in product development and production;
3. According to the new product development plan, design, implement and adjust the experimental research scheme, and analyze and judge the research results;
4. Responsible for preparing product R&D documents and formulating production process standards;
5. Assist in clinical trials and the specific implementation and preparation of registration data;
6. Complete other assigned tasks of the company.
Qualification:
1. Master degree or above in molecular biology, biology and medicine;
2. Have more than 3 years of theoretical knowledge of molecular biology, PCR and quantitative PCR technology and experimental technology (including nucleic acid extraction, concentration determination, primer design, PCR, RT-PCR, etc.) research and development experience;
3. Have solid biological or medical theoretical knowledge, strong experimental operation ability and ability to analyze and solve problems;
4. Experience in clinical trials and registration of Class III products is preferred;
5. Have team spirit, work conscientiously and responsibly, and have strong execution.
