Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the research and development of new products of molecular POCT diagnostic reagents; Able to solve technical problems encountered in the R&D process;
2. Complete the preparation of the experiment scheme, and can independently undertake the test work of the project module; And can make accurate analysis of the problems in the test, carry out technical research and experimental data analysis;
3. Summarize the R&D data and application data of new products, complete the process design of product process optimization and quality inspection, and assist in the completion of clinical experiments, system assessment, registration and submission for inspection and other product applications;
4. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in molecular biology, cell biology, bioengineering, basic medicine, etc;
2. More than 3 years of experience in research and development of molecular diagnostic reagents and NGS sequencing reagents, and rich experience in experimental theory and operation,
3. Ability to analyze and solve problems independently, team spirit, good organization and coordination ability and communication ability;
4. Have a good command of written English, and be able to read and retrieve professional biological and medical literature.
